PLANK’s presentation at the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2024 is characterised by a simple, museum-like architecture with the evolution of its most iconic products at its centre. The concept of the exhibition is reuse and sustainable design based on the previous year’s project and materials. 

This year, the VELIT collection is extended with the VELIT Lounge chair and the VELIT side table. The Lounge chair builds on the same graphic idea as the chair, however the proportions have been adjusted, and offer a level of comfort that is hard to match. The seat is generous in size and the shape is inviting for a relaxed seating. The use of pillows in the matching colours create additional a comfort. The complimentary VELIT side table has a strong resemblance to the VELIT chairs and is a functional addition to help create a context of easy-going enjoyment.

Konstantin Grcic presents MONZA armchair soft, an evolution of the iconic MONZA armchair introduced in 2009 and awarded the Honorable Mention at the 12th edition of the Compasso d’Oro ADI in 2011. Konstantin Grcic revisits his design by enhancing the seating comfort. The MONZA, which since its origins has been characterized by a formal-technological connection between the chair frame and the plastic backrest, also follows this basic idea in this new version. 

The MONZA armchair Soft is manufactured in ash, oak and walnut, which makes it suitable for several design worlds. The tapered chair legs not only make the chair appear lighter, but also distinguish it from the original design. Furthermore the fully upholstered seat gives it a particularly elegant touch.

The REMO upholstered chair collection is extended with a barstool and counter-stool version. The fully upholstered shell captivates with high-quality workmanship. The flexibility of the backrest brings comfort and movement. The black hinge in combination with the black powder-coated metal tube frame contrasts with the light and coloured upholstery versions and blends in with the elegant dark shades. In fabric or leather, REMO in the upholstered version is an elegant addition to the living area, as a light chair or stool in the office or in the various areas of use in hotels, bars and restaurants.

The MIURA collection is updated with the introduction of two new colors — Beige in match with FENIX Beige Arizona and Grey in match with FENIX Grigio Londra. These additions not only expand the collection's color palette but also enhance its adaptability and contemporary appeal.
